The kid-sized bunkbed is finally complete! <\/p>\n

It began life as a $15, two-tier organizing caddy designed for use in bathroom. The shelves are about 10.5″ long, perfect for smaller dolls.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

I lay some blankets and sleeping bags down for temporary mattresses just to see how they looked.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Eventually I acquired some foam from the inside of doll boxes for mattresses. Half a ladder from a Hasbro GI Joe D Day figure was wired to the end for a ladder.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

After I put pillows and blankets on it, the Little Dorks [minus Little Theo, who I’m still painting] immediately colonized it.
