Makayla had cerebral palsy.<\/p>\n<p>This was not a &quot;malnutrition death.&quot; Norman <i>murdered <\/i>her disabled daughter by abusing her, neglecting her and&nbsp;starving her to death.<\/p>\n<p>Ugh, I don&#39;t even know what to say any more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week has been a particularly enraging week.
