Studios Room With A View Basic Wall Unit with magnetized both sides. &quot;Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery.&quot;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong>March 4th:<\/strong> Credit card charged.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong>March 11th: <\/strong>Got E-mail from Christina Bougas, saying that it would be done in two weeks&#8217; time, which puts us at the last week in March.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong>March 15th:<\/strong> Realized I had deleted March 11th E-mail and asked for confirmation of timeline.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong>March 21st:<\/strong> Got E-mail from her, saying that it would be done &quot;this week,&quot; by which I assumed March 24th at absolute latest.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong>April 11th: <\/strong>Sent E-mail, asking about order status.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong>April 11th:<\/strong> Tried calling phone number on Web site. Off the hook.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong>April 11th: <\/strong>Got E-mail from her, saying she had been sick, but that my item was &quot;ready to go out in tomorrow&#8217;s UPS run.&quot;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong>April 11th: <\/strong>Asked if I would get a shipping notice\/tracking number.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong>April 17th: <\/strong>Asked for confirmation of shipping, as well as tracking number.<\/div>\n<div><strong>April 17th:<\/strong> Reported transaction to credit card company and filled out dispute paperwork, just in case.<\/p>\n<p><strong>April 17th:<\/strong> Scrounged online for more phone numbers and called them. Off the hook.<br type=\"_moz\" \/>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong>April 19th: <\/strong>Asked for confirmation of shipping, as well as tracking number.<\/div>\n<p><strong>April 22nd:<\/strong> Got E-mail from her saying that she had mistakenly shipped my order to another customer. Said that she had prepared a replacement unit and would be &quot;leaving for UPS in about two hours.&quot;<\/p>\n<p><strong>April 23rd:<\/strong> Read E-mail [as I currently have no Internet at home &gt;:( ]. Asked for confirmation of shipping, as well as tracking number.<\/p>\n<p>This is going down in history as one of the most frustrating transactions ever.<\/p>\n<p>Do not ever buy anything from Bella!
