The labels on each say &#8220;Spellbound Whimsy Witch Hair Clips &#8212; Hocus Pocus!&#8221; Hats are made of stiff felt, about 3&#8243; from brim to peak and 3&#8243; in diameter at the base. Decorations and hair clips are hot glued on. The peaks have polyfill in them to keep them erect.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6413\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6413\" style=\"width: 584px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/oddpla.net\/modernwizard\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/hats02.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6413 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/oddpla.net\/modernwizard\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/hats02.jpg\" alt=\"hats02\" width=\"584\" height=\"876\" srcset=\"http:\/\/oddpla.net\/modernwizard\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/hats02.jpg 584w, http:\/\/oddpla.net\/modernwizard\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/hats02-200x300.jpg 200w, http:\/\/oddpla.net\/modernwizard\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/hats02-96x144.jpg 96w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6413\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">I used alcohol to loosen the hot glue that attached each hair clip to the bottom of each hat. I then cut a rough hole in the base of each hat and removed about half of the stuffing.
