Or at least the rest of the 50 states&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><font size=\"5\">California Supreme Court overturns gay marriage ban!!!<\/font> An excerpt from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courtinfo.ca.gov\/opinions\/documents\/S147999.PDF\">decision<\/a> reads:<\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"4\"><\/font><font size=\"2\"><em><font face=\"Times New Roman\">In Lockyer v. City and County of San Francisco <\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\">(2004) 33 Cal.4th 1055 (<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\">Lockyer<\/font><\/em><em><font face=\"Times New Roman\">), this court concluded that public officials of the City and County of San Francisco acted unlawfully by issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples in the absence of a judicial determination that the California statutes limiting marriage to a union between a man and a woman are unconstitutional.<br \/><\/font><br \/><\/em><font size=\"2\">So, because California has no heteros-only marriage amendment in the constitutional, marriage, full civil marriage with all state-granted rights and privileges pertaining thereunto, is now LEGAL in California! Having one of the trend-setting, largest, most influential states on our side will surely increase the pressure for recognizing the constitutionality of gay marriage on the state level AND the national level and thus, by extension, the unconstitutionality of the stupid, illegal DOMAs on the state and national levels. <em>Excelsior<\/em>, people! <em>Excelsior!<\/em><\/font><\/font> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>California Supreme Court overturns gay marriage ban!!!
