I prepared my third attempt at a digitally sculpted 1:6 scale action figure head for Dhawan Master today.

I’ve had difficulty printing the head at the right size. This time I referred to measurements of my Shalka/Delgado Master doll’s head, which is the correct size. I printed out Spymaster 3.0 as close to this size as possible.

I adjusted the sculpt only slightly by making the ears bigger. There’s also a little more fat on the face.

This version is printed in white processed versatile plastic, which is very cheap, even with an extra fee for making the print even smoother. With the processing free and priority shipping, one head came to $25.00. We’ll see how this works. I like the fact that it’s white so it won’t fuck up my attempts to mix color so much.
