Over the years the Magister has amassed quite a few gelatin salad recipes and gelatin salads [and related molded foods] themselves. What started as a facetious appreciation of gelatin salads has turned into an enjoyable 1:6 scale obsession! Let’s check out his inventory….

From left to right, back to front, we have…
1) The back row begins with the dorklets’ unnamed attempt to put the yummiest ingredients in a mold. They then had trouble hardening it and demolding it. 2) Unnamed savory gelatin. 3) Molded chocolate mousse with chocolate chips. 4) Refreshing Lime Kiwi Lemon Ring. 5) Inside Out Pumpkin Pie. 6) Unnamed savory gelatin.
7) The middle row begins with the Blueberry Marshmallow Ring [or Heh Heh Heh Tits according to dorklets]. 8) Unnamed Hartnett Studios creation. 9) Spicy Volcano [the Magister’s name for it] or Just Because You Can Doesn’t Mean You Should [the Stylist’s name for it]. 10) UFO Salad. 11) Summer Berry Tower.
12) The front row begins with Veggie Medley [the Magister’s name for it] or Barf on a Plate [Little Night’s name for it]. 13) Molded mint chocolate cookie mousse. 14) PB&J mold. 15) Patriotic Palate Pleaser. 16) Banana Cream Surprise.

Another view of the magnificence!

On the left is Iced Strawberry Mint Ghost Pudding. Much beloved by dorklets, it’s a frozen dessert with the consistency of sherbet. This has a peppermint top layer and a strawberry bottom layer. The ghost is a pudding pop much coveted by dorklets.
On the right is the Springtime Salad Ring. It features a top layer of pineapple gelatin and a bottom layer of strawberry gelatin, and it’s topped with candied edible flowers. The Elder Witches actually really like this when the Magister puts fresh chunks of fruit, as well as some fresh fruit puree, in the tiers!
The Magister whips up many of these concoctions out of his own imagination, but he also has an extensive collection of gelatin recipes. My first contribution to his collection was Gelatinize It!, a cookbook that I invented back in 2022.

More cookbooks have joined this one.

The four on the left [promoting Del Monte fruit, Minute tapioca, Jello, and Knox gelatin] reproduce covers from actual promotional booklets for those products. The three on the right are titles I made up.
The Magister unironically loves gelatin molds, salads, and recipes. He also enjoys the taste of his creations. Those around him are more reserved in their approbation. Following the general trend of gelatin recipes in recent decades, they like the sweet desserts more than the savory salads. They also prefer the mousses and puddings to the gelatins.
