Bb Silence at six months — now painted!

Bb Silence at six months — now painted! published on No Comments on Bb Silence at six months — now painted!

I have painted her hair and eyebrows sloppily with gold paint and her happily closed eyes with pinkish brownish lines. No paint necessary for the mouth, as the shadows look convincing enough. On close inspection, she’s a mess, but she looks so like herself that I don’t want to mess with the results.

First picture: Bb Silence says, “Magister, Magister! Up up up!”

Bb Silence [and the Magister]

Bb Silence [and the Magister] published on No Comments on Bb Silence [and the Magister]

Bb Silence and the Magister have been keeping me grounded and sane recently. It’s Hardshipverse canon that Bb Silence and the Magister first meet when she is about three or four months old. He reads her mind and discovers that she’s upset because her parents are calling her Lucy instead of Silence and because no one understands her. Before she learns words, she and he communicate telepathically, becoming great friends.

Bb Silence is a Zuru My Mini Baby series 2. The series 2 babies have less translucent silicone skin than series 1. They also have much more detailed facial sculpting and body sculpting [including open mouths and individual fingers] as well as varied poses. I got a blond one because Silence’s hair, like mine, starts out very light yellow and darkens as she ages. I also got one with one arm up so she could grab the Magister’s hand and bring it to her mouth. She likes to suck on his glove. That’s why the photos show his hand near her mouth. At first he assumes that she likes it because it calms her; then he learns that she interprets it as “Silence nursing Magister.” That is, she perceives that she is providing him calm, nourishment, and sustenance when she sucks on his glove. HELP I WUVS DEM.

Bb Silence arrived on July 21 without clothes, so I wrapped her in some toilet paper temporarily. I then sewed a stretchy bag with sleeves for her in the second picture. Finally, today, her professionally made pajamas came in the third picture. In the fourth picture, the Stylist and the Hippie watch the Magister totally absorbed in Bb Silence and wonder if they can broach the subject of having kids again.

Silence now has five dolls of her!!
