I think you can only export these into the Sims, and it only does standard body types, at least when I last looked at it. Not worth it.
This may be what’s referred to as the Legacy BodyShop. It came out as a “teaser” before Sims2 was officially released. A lot of content creators will use it to make “clean” uploads.
