I just love the hand-painted one who is vaguely Frankenstein’s-monster looking (I think his name was Ethan). Hopefully, they’ll all find nice homes.

I actually have one of these types of dolls. I’m always tempted to take a photo and share him with you but then I feel a bit silly since I’m hardly a collector. I actually bought him to be a desk model for drawing, he’s like a generic-brand GI Joe-esque army dude, so I let him hold his tiny assault rifle and he guards my desk when he’s not posing, usually with his shirt off so I can see his little plastic sculpted abs.

He’s a pretty stoic type, keeps to himself largely. I don’t have as strong a sense of his personality as I generally tend to with my figures, plush toys, etc. His name changes periodically because he doesn’t want to TELL it to me like they usually do so I have to GIVE him one, and those never stick, I’ll keep forgetting and have to come up with another. Lately it’s Seamus, we’ll see if that one lasts. XD

It’s probably my fault, he is likely just pissed I never followed through with getting the boyfriend I promised him– I was going to get another one of these dolls so I could work on poses with two bodies interacting. Yeah he won’t tell me his name but he’ll let me know he’s gay, go fig. He was in the service and had to keep it on the DL a long time, now that he’s out of that gig and into the private guard duty I imagine it’s a relief to have it open with the option to tell people where to stick it. 😉
