Well, yesterday’s attempt at curry came out sadly bland, so I seek alternatives. I am guessing that the problem is a failure to scale up my spices…also to somehow make the flavors stick to the food.

Here’s another Slow Cooked Vegetable Curry. I’m starting to think that I need to cook the onions and spices first to make a savory base before doing anything else. This may make the flavors stick more.
