I’m back on my bullshit, trying to print a decent 1:6 scale head of Sacha Dhawan as the Master. My first attempt was chronicled here. It came out looking like this:

Raw unpainted print.
Compared for size to my BCS Baron Samedi head.

Anyway, after cutting and sanding and sculpting hair and putting many hours of work in, I realized that I needed to adjust the likeness. I widened the face, made the jawline squarer and terminating farther back, moved eyes slightly farther apart, opened eyes wider, and lifted brows for a more welcoming expression. Results below.

Exported from Daz Studio at SubD level 2 with most of neck trimmed off already. Followed steps in previous entry to prepare for printing.
Mock-up of the dude in Daz Studio.

Printed in white multijet fusion plastic, which is much cheaper than fine detail plastic. It’s also grey, as opposed to translucent, which really fked up my painting with the first printed head.
