Making a short, fat kidsy: Little Theo on a modded RH body

I’ve always envisioned Little Theo as a short, fat kidsy, kind of like Little Night, although pubescing earlier. Therefore an MGA Rainbow High body [from Mila Berrymore] seemed the best choice. Now that I have finally completed the mods today with the addition of a torso joint, I can show off comparison pics between a standard RH and Little Theo.

The compressed torso and stubby arms on RH dolls drive me up the wall. In an effort to adjust the proportions, I cut off the original feets and replaced them with Obitsu 24 feets, incidentally adding double-joinetd ankles. I also crudely tapered the ankles so that they fit better in her RH Jr. shuz. I did my usual carving out of the thigh sockets and forearms. I also used Mattel WWE fashion doll hands to make the arms look overall a bit longer.
Little Theo’s torso joint just bends forward and backward. It’s part of the internal torso assembly from an Obitsu 24. The original sockets for the shoulder joints are about level with Little Theo’s waist cut. The joint between the two halves of her torso was originally a joint at the base of the Obitsu 24 neck.

She now has maybe 10 to 15 degrees of forward bend and 20 to 25 degrees of bend backward.
And she looks darn cute when dressed!
