I did a quick photostory of Junebug just now. I think she’s quite expressive for a doll who’s not very poseable. Maybe I am just enamored with her cute face, but she seems more lifelike than those frightening American Girls. Maybe it’s because she can tilt her head from side to side and up and down a bit.
Me: "Hi, Junebug."
J: "Mmm…"
Me: "What are you reading?"
J: "Huh?"
Me: "Silly, I said, ‘What are you reading?’"
J: "It’s The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman."
Me: "What do you think of it?"
J: "I LOVE creepy stories!"
