I decided to Google “title page,” just to see if Wikipedia had an entry for it, because I was so amazed that THREE different people who have gotten far enough to be submitting for publishing don’t understand that a title page has more to it than JUST a title. Anyone who’s READ a book should be able to figure that out, even from the name, because yes it is “title, page,” but it stands to reason that if there’s an entire page devoted to it, it’ll have the title AND, because otherwise there’s really no reason, as the title is on the bleeding COVER OF THE THING.
Sure enough, Wiki has a comprehensive entry on title pages. Face, meet palm.
Whoops. My requests up there should be “COMPLETE title page.”
